What we collect

Email address (to identify your account)
Your name and preferred name for your assistant
Family member information you choose to share (names, ages, roles, nicknames)
Conversation messages you send through our web interface
WhatsApp messages sent to your Flo assistant
Basic usage data (which features you use)

Why we collect it

To set up and run your personal Flo assistant
To personalise Flo's responses to your family
To improve the service during our beta phase

Who we share it with

Anthropic (anthropic.com) — processes your messages to generate Flo's responses. Anthropic's privacy policy applies to this processing.

Supabase (supabase.com) — stores your account data. Servers located in the EU.

Hetzner (hetzner.com) — hosts your Flo assistant. Servers located in Frankfurt, Germany.

Vercel (vercel.com) — hosts the findyourflo.ai website.

We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising.

Your Flo assistant connects to WhatsApp via a third-party library. This means your Flo's WhatsApp account is not an official WhatsApp Business account. Meta (WhatsApp's owner) may terminate this connection at any time. We are not responsible for any disruption caused by Meta's actions.

Beta product notice

findyourflo.ai is currently in private beta. The service may be interrupted, changed, or discontinued. Data practices may evolve as the product develops. We will notify beta users of material changes.

Children's data

You may share information about your children as part of setting up your family assistant. We treat this information with the utmost care. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children. You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate authority to share family members' information with us.

Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by emailing hello@findyourflo.ai. We will delete your account data within 7 days of receiving your request.

Your rights (PDPA)

Under the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act, you have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Correct inaccurate data
Withdraw consent and request deletion
Be informed of how your data is used

Data security

Your data is stored on encrypted servers. Access is restricted to authorised personnel only. We use industry-standard security practices, though no system is completely secure.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. We will notify beta users of significant changes via email.
